Zoey's Christmas Angels need your support

Julie Bennett and her daycare group have been helping families during the holidays for the past 5 years. Last year, Julie decided to change the name to Zoey’s Christmas Angels to honor her niece Zoey and keep her legacy alive. The main goal of Zoey's Chrismas Angels is to provide Christmas gifts and dinner to families in need. Zoey Daggett from Fairport, NY died of DIPG brain tumor July 4th, 2018, she was just 5 years old. Exciting News at the Arc Foundations of Monroe

The mission of the Arc Foundation of Monroe is to create an inclusive society where the people they support may live truly integrated lives and reach their full potential as a part of our community. The Arc has been a fabric of the Rochester community for decades providing countless services and programs to individuals with developmental disabilities. Today Megan Alchowiak talks to us about the upcoming “Toast to the Arc” event. “Toast to the Arc” is an annual fundraising effort for the ARC. Megan also shared some exciting news! The new initiative at the Arc “The Home makeover Challenge.” The goal is to raise money to assist in renovating some of the homes for the residents. Giving the homes some TLC with updates and upgrades to the accessibility.
