Descripción

Jennie Allen has a new book called, Finding Your People, Building Deep Community in a Lonely World. For most women "finding your people" is hard, periodt, but it can be even harder when you’re a solitude-loving introvert.   If you consider yourself an introvert, you probably feel alright about being with yourself.  But there may come a time, though, when you realize that you need a new friend or two to help walk with you on your journey.  Today I’m co-hosting with my daughter in law, Shanell McCoy Jones.  We talk candidly being introverts while trying to make and keep friends.    We also get another great vegan recipe from Melva McCoy.  Vegan quesadillas.
