The program hopes to assist the ratepayer with knowledge on how the local authority budget is arrived at and used. Budget101 is a podcast by Local Authorities Capacity Enhancement Project (LACEP) together with the City of Bulawayo and Chatabox, it consists of a series of podcasts which are aired every Thursday at 19:30 on Skyz Metro FM 100.3 in Bulawayo. #Budget101.
