Suicide Prevention

This week we are discussing the topic of suicide, which while is a very important topic, may be difficult for some to listen to. The Holiday Blues

The holidays can be a challenging time for some folks. In this episode, we discuss what is often called "the holiday blues" with Hsuan Hsuan Dai, a therapist at the UW Counseling Center on the Seattle campus.
