Nick joined me again this week, where we discussed our experiences with over-training and how your motivation or inspiration from other trainers/influencers can lead you down the wrong road. We also drop some wisdom and advice to avoid this happening and how you shouldn't always work your body to the brink of collapse. Supplements were another topic of choice and how it is easy for some people to use them as a necessity or fall reliant to them. Sparking a return of a favourite game of ours....SHAG, MARRY, KILL IS BACK! This time with supplements! We round off by talking about fat burning myths and quick fixes that people can fall subject to, as well as some simple tips on how to safely and properly work on burning fat.
