Welcome back to Episode 2 of Season 2 of The Effortless Man Podcast. Ep 1: The Encyclopedia to Medicinal Mushrooms w/ Julze Serendipity of Teelixir

Welcome back to Season 2 of The Effortless Man Podcast! In this first episode of season 2 I speak to Julze Serendipity from Teelixir about all things medicinal mushrooms, tonic herbalism, and adaptogens. We began with his journey with starting our "Serendipity Superfoods" and went into how that developed into Teelixir today when he joined forces with Dan. He explains how Teelixir was created from them both being extremely drained and fatigued, and how tonic herbalism and medicinal mushrooms was a miracle rescue and subsequently sparked them to create Teelixir to then share this "secret" with the world. Julze talks extensively about the different types of medicinal mushrooms--Lion's Mane, Chaga, Reishi, and Cordyceps--their unique constituents, their incredible antioxidant qualities, and how you can benefit from each of their individual "healing" abilities depending on your requirements. In this episode of The Effortless Man Podcast I jump behind the mic with Chadwick's International Model, best friend, and all around amazing human being that is Anthony Selemidis. Anthony and I always have deep and meaningful conversations, generally after dinner and extending deep into the night, and we always thought that we should record it so that we can listen back on it, or share that with someone that really needs it, so in this episode we did just that. Anthony is a super introspective (much like myself) that it naturally lends this podcast interview into us diving real deep on quite some introspective topics such as: the ego, how to understand its role and get the best out of it; how not be defined by success; how to take compliments; when did we lose our curiosity and how to continue to be curious; how to be ironclad in your consistency and practice, and much, much more. Ep 8: Dietary Evolution - From Amen Protocol One Vegan Meal a Day to Carnivore w/ Spencer Mack

Dietary difference should not divide us. In this episode of The Effortless Man Podcast I interview a YouTuber, Holistic Health Coach, Truth Seeker and a Friend, Spencer Mack, on the evolution of his diet and dietary practices. Spencer has been a vegetarian for the best of the last 15 years, and vegan for the last 4.5 years of that. In this episode he talks openly and honestly about his initial interest in using diet to optimize his mind and body; starting off as being predominately vegetal-based, evolving to the rigorous Amen Protocol where he was eating one vegan meal a day, and to where it is now, which is a Carnivore diet where he's largely subsisting on purely animal products. This is no doubt one of the most controversial podcast episodes I've done to date because I'm vegan, and being so for the last 5 years, so going into this conversation I had to put aside any pre-judgement/judgement with the goal in mind to be fully open to hearing about the learning and experiences of another another individual, and the types of conversation(s) that was going to transpire. Besides Myself, Spencer is one of the most introspective and experimental person I know, so I highly appreciate someone like-minded like Spencer coming on here and sharing so openly--particularly about his diet and some elements of his philosophy.
