What is synchronicity? Why does it matter? How do you find it and play with it in your own life? It was SO fun for me to have Noah Lampert on the podcast to chat all things synchronicity together. We actually recorded this months ago and then I had some life-stuff happen... and the other day I literally had a couple *synchronicities* tell me it was time to publish this episode (which happens to be the last episode of TEE). But back to Noah! One of my favorite aspects about Noah is how he takes all the “out there” energy stuff and really brings it down to earth. You can feel it in his voice – he speaks from his personal experience, and that energy goes a long fucking way. Ep 25 - We're All Fucking Amazing - with Tim Bryant of One Love Prison Meditation Project

You're in for such a treat with this one. I loved getting to know Tim better - his jubilance is infectious in the best way! What should we call him? Meditation warrior? Supporter of those on the inside? Either way - he started One Love Prison Meditation Project, and is helping bring meditation and healing spaces to our incarcerated community. His inspired idea (which he talks about in our chat) has grown to not only offer meditation and life coaching - but is beginning to grow in new and magical ways that makes my toes tingle with excitement. We chat about: * The paradigm shift of going from torturing those in prison to actually helping them * The abstract reality of leaning into shadow with love * His story on how this idea was born through him and how its different from other volunteer offerings to those who are incarcerated * My experience of partnering with him as a volunteer coach * And he even calls me out (calls me "IN") at one point with such love - we had to pause and chat there for a few minutes, too. Ep 24 - How to Leave (any) Cult with Maleah Gordon

Such a powerful episode. I’ve got Maleah on the podcast - I asked her to come on and share her experience of what it was like leaving her own version of a cult-ish experience. I believe this is a very powerful and important concept for us to digest (individually and collectively) we go forward into our consciousness evolution.  (PS – ever notice how the word “cult” is in the word “culture”? Something to ponder) ***While cults are typically thought of as spiritual in nature, (and was our main talking point in this episode), the way we’ve defined it here is expanded to include any dogmatic social structure that oppresses nuanced thinking. We dive deep into: * The fear of staying with an old structure/cult “just in case” * How to let go of an old social structure/cult that doesn’t serve you anymore * How to hold two truths at one time with respect for someone else’s perspective * How this collective planetary ascension is really an “in-scension”.(watch for the nuanced ways this idea comes up through our convo;) So much amazing consciousness talk here.
