Dreams can change you in real physical and emotional ways

A personal chat about a dream I just had. (Much personal info was edited out from the original 20 minute file... sorry.)  I think the point was that when you talk to your extraterrestrial family and caretakers, instead of your higher self or guides or God or your angels, you help them (et's) understand human emotions and reactions so much more than they ever could by observation. And they will love you for that. And then they can help you with what you need through the dream state.  So much more than you would ever think they could. They are very loving.
