What Happens in the Energy Field?

The other day I had a friend from work say, "Hey! I saw your Instagram profile and see you are an Energy Worker. Cool!".  For a few seconds I had a slight panic attack as I scrambled to get ready to answer the inevitable question, "So, what happens in an energy session?"
