Manor is an American author, U.S. Army combat veteran, and nonprofit founder of God's Gurl, a faith-based nonprofit ministry dedicated to helping women and girls identify their purpose and reach their potential. She is best known for her children's fiction books: The Secret Ingredient: It is about an 8-year-old boy coping with sickle cell disease, which highlights the healing power of prayer and community support and Little Miss Tomboy: which is a middle-grade fiction book that follows a 10-year-old girl learning about friendship and self-discovery at charm school. Manor holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Before shifting to writing and administration, she spent several years working as an elementary and middle school educator. She is an active Toastmaster member and also served several leadership position in District 8 Toastmasters including District Director for the Eastern Missouri and Southwestern Illinois area.
