Manor is an American author, U.S. Army combat veteran, and nonprofit founder of God's Gurl, a faith-based nonprofit ministry dedicated to helping women and girls identify their purpose and reach their potential. She is best known for her children's fiction books: The Secret Ingredient: It is about an 8-year-old boy coping with sickle cell disease, which highlights the healing power of prayer and community support and Little Miss Tomboy: which is a middle-grade fiction book that follows a 10-year-old girl learning about friendship and self-discovery at charm school. Manor holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Before shifting to writing and administration, she spent several years working as an elementary and middle school educator. She is an active Toastmaster member and also served several leadership position in District 8 Toastmasters including District Director for the Eastern Missouri and Southwestern Illinois area.

His presentation provides some guidance on how to be a more effective and engaging storyteller.McKell has travelled with the international performing group "Up with People" from 1995 through 2000, visiting over a dozen countries on 3 continents. He looks back on those years and relays many of those experiences in his speeches with Toastmasters and other organizations.Each year, McKell is a keynote speaker in Limerick, Ireland, focusing on how to be a better storyteller for an international audience as part of the annual reunion for "Up with People" alumni.McKell has been with Toastmasters International for 2 and a half years and has recently been elected President of his home club in Toronto, Canada: Bay Street Breakfast Club, and also holds roles in the other 2 clubs of which he is a member.McKell works for a technology company as a manager of people and is an avid volunteer.In what spare time he has, McKell enjoys relaxing at home with his 3 cats.
