The Fear Review
BACKROOMS completely caught us off guard. What started as a creepy liminal horror movie slowly turned into one of the most isolating and emotionally draining theater experiences Amy’s had in a long time. This wasn’t just jump scares or creepy hallways. The sound design and hidden footsteps had Amy literally covering her ears and wishing she had noise-canceling headphones. We break down how the distorted spaces, oppressive atmosphere, terrifying audio design, and endless backrooms got so deeply under Amy’s skin that she didn’t even want to walk to the theater bathroom alone afterward. This movie didn’t just stay in the theater... It followed her home. 🎧 Listen & Follow The Fear Review: Spotify: https://spotify.thefearreview.com [https://spotify.thefearreview.com/] Apple Podcasts: https://apple.thefearreview.com [https://apple.thefearreview.com/] Amazon Music: https://amazon.thefearreview.com [https://amazon.thefearreview.com/] 🎬 Watch full video episodes: https://episodes.thefearreview.com [https://episodes.thefearreview.com/] 🎞️ Watch our latest Shorts: https://shorts.thefearreview.com [https://shorts.thefearreview.com/] Around here, The Fear is Family.
