Galatians 1:1-5 - "What's In an Introduction?"

Words to remember: “Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for our sins so that He might rescue us from this present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father.” (Galatians 1:3–4) Something to think about: Paul was sure of his identity and calling in Christ. Are you sure of yours? Who are you? What is God’s calling for your life? Why does God specifically have you here on planet earth? Are you walking in that calling? Paul then moves on to remind us of where we find our hope for rescue and deliverance in this present evil age, the gospel. What is the gospel? What are the things that you tend to hope in besides the gospel? How’s that working for you?
