The CDC reports that there is an estimated 5.4 million adults in the US with autism spectrum disorder. Among that population, there’s a 90% unemployment rate. Rising Tide is addressing the root causes of that and what they’re doing to solve for it is working. They have a retention rate 5 times that of their competitors.
