In this episode I am joined by Liliane Uwimana from Diversity Business Incubator in Plymouth. Liliane has experienced plenty in her life, before moving to the UK and during her arrival in the country. She came to the UK knowing no English, and has since completed lots of training and has studied for a degree and has started a business alongside her husband. Episode one: Leah Leaves - Iridescent Minds CIC

In this episode I am joined by Leah Leaves from Iridescent Minds CIC. Leah was diagnosed with ADHD at age 43 and before her diagnosis she had worked as a Hypnotherapist in Plymouth, supporting individuals with depression and anxiety. She then identified that she was probably supporting individuals who were also undiagnosed with ADHD and she wanted to use her skills to support those who are struggling. That is when she started Iridescent Minds CIC - #iamadhd.
