Dr Ritesh is the Managing Director of Psynergy Mental Health and Principal Dentist of Edge Dental Studio. We recorded the episode during the summer, but waited to share it on World Mental Health day. Really honored to have spoken to Dr Ritesh in this candid and insightful interview. He opens about his career, learnings and experience to date which led him to start Psynergy Mental Health. He talks about how he is on the mission to bring mental health into mainstream, not just for dentistry, but for all professions. He also shares that all humans are on a spectrum of mental health from being mentally healthy to mentally unhealthy at times .
