The podcast includes in-depth coaching tips, guests from various backgrounds in sport and also my journey as a cyclist. This podcast is hosted by myself Graham O’ Brien, hence the use of the initials ‘GOB’ (they finally came in useful for something) I am an athlete and a coach. A former international cyclist. Currently a scholarship cyclist & runner. My journey revolves around my drive, #roadto1.
