“Not just when you are on stage. Record yourself when you are in your group rehersals and see what you show up like. Because if you are not showing up with big energy in your class rehersals, you are going to diminish your opportunity to show up big when you are on stage. But do both! Record both! And see what happens. Look at it again through the lens of your best friend who wants to give more energy. And then be very honest with yourself. Go, where are the places where I could show up bigger? And is that in my body movement, or is that in my face, or is that with my overall energy?
