Healing Through Feminine Resilience: Self-Love, Boundaries & Body Wisdom

The resilience we speak up about the most sounds tough. It resonates with strength, roughness, suffering and overcoming hardship.It’s often about how you stay hard and it almost imprints this idea of insanity in our mind to keep pushing in repeat for things to get done. What we forget is the amount of vulnerability we need to accept to learn from our mistakes. It’s the courage to love ourselves so much that we have to expand and grow. There’s sometimes little room for our feminine side to be expansive when we talk about self-development and growth. Yet it is a major component of this conversation. That’s why we’re talking about it during this summer special on Claiming feminine resilience.
