Now Iām following a simple 5-step protocol ā daily movement, strength training, protein, supplementation, and recovery ā and everything is shifting. Massage = Muscular Maintenance Massage isnāt just indulgent ā it maintains tissue quality. Healthy fascia needs hydration, circulation, and movement. Chronic tension ages tissue.
