In this week's episode, Pro2CEO founder, Kevin Carr, talks with Kayla Henderson, who is the Player Engagement Coordinator for the Miami Dolphins. Kevin and Kayla first met when she was a graduate student at the University of Central Florida. During her time at UCF, Kayla discovered her passion for player engagement and development. From there she continued to work in player engagement at the collegiate level and now at the professional level. Kayla gives tips for getting into sports field and discusses being a female in a largely male dominated field. Additionally, Kayla emphasizes the importance of being helpful in trying to get head.
