Election day is upon us and it's probably the most impoortant election in our lifetime. America is on the line and it is our duty as Americans to get out and vote. I feel that Americans are open to living to a higher standard. This episode I explain my husband's story and why we feel the way we do. We all have the power in our minds to manifest but imagine if we all use that power collectively! Let's put our brains together to achieve the outcome that is for our highest good!

Time to be BRAVE!

Remember the USA is the land of the BRAVE! The world is getting scarier and the ones who we thought we could trust have proven that they can't be trusted either. We can live in fear and anxiety or choose to rise above and focus on what we can control. We can control ourselves and our choices. Make the choice to better you with what you eat, drink, consume and do with your precious gift of time. Block out the noise and be brave! If you see something that isn't right, don't comply. Be brave, even if it's only you doing the right thing. The truth always comes out in the end!
