The Human Agreement Podcast Ep: 1 - Mr. Joe OG of Eastover

Welcome to the pilot of The Human Agreement. Pull up a seat and ride with us as we move through the iconic streets of Maryland and DC. This isn't just a podcast; it’s a self-contract to you and your community. We’re on a mission to Build Black Better—bringing democracy back to the table to reach the simple, common-sense agreements that allow us to flourish. Follow Qasim Bear on a journey into the heart of the cities. We’re pulling up to local small businesses & staples like Henry’s and Carolina Kitchen to share the kind of unscripted "Game Told Not Sold" stories that once lived in the neighborhood barbershop. We believe you can time-travel through storytelling—sharing the priceless knowledge that cost our guests everything to learn so we can heal our spirits and reclaim our sovereign identity. It’s time for a renaissance of Agreements. From honoring the village of all ages to guarding the "harbor" of your mind, we are here to structure the wisdom of the world so our community can create peace and wealth. (creating is homage) Protect Your Harbor We maximize our lives, then we protect what we maximize. Support the movement with our US-made copper hoodies and military-grade Freedom Pouches, designed to shield your health and data from radiation and tracking. https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-human-agreement-comedy-show/id1829548616?i=1000719560203 [https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-human-agreement-comedy-show/id1829548616?i=1000719560203]

THE HUMAN AGREEMENT Episode 3: "They Changed on Me"

Title: THA HUMAN AGREEMENT Episode 3: They Changed on Me From the moment we meet someone, we put them in a category. It’s a defense mechanism, a way we create order. This "placement" is built on an unspoken trust, an agreement that our "word is bond". But what happens when that person or situation is no longer where you "placed" it? In this episode, we discuss the "why" behind this social contract and how to handle the disappointment when it breaks. We explore the difference between operating from survival mode versus growth, why we must compartmentalize to find our own path, and why true "transition" to a new level means you have to leave the old you behind—with no negotiations. https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-human-agreement-comedy-show/id1829548616?i=1000719560203 [https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-human-agreement-comedy-show/id1829548616?i=1000719560203]

THE HUMAN AGREEMENT BOOK vrzn 1

Alright, family, let's talk about something real. What if we had our own agreement, a contract for how we build and move as a people? That's what we're getting into today with a powerful document called "The Human Agreement." It’s a self-contract that’s all about rebuilding our community on a foundation of forgiveness, accountability, integrity, and honor. Structured like a "Tree of Life," it lays out a vision where Health and Communication are the roots holding us down, the community is the strong trunk, and Love and Finance are the branches reaching for the sky. This is our pledge to us—to be mindful, to contribute our time and talent, and to operate from a place of deep, selfless "Black Love" that builds us all up. It's a call to master our crafts, flip the script on capitalism with a barter system, and create new leaders by teaching the young how to teach the teachers. This isn't just philosophy; it's a real call to action that forces us to ask two heavy questions: What laws should we, the people, vote in, and what is that one great thing you can do that benefits all of us more than it benefits you? https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-human-agreement-comedy-show/id1829548616?i=1000719560203 [https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-human-agreement-comedy-show/id1829548616?i=1000719560203]
