HYHTL #4 | Response to Gretchen Rubin and Rich Roll I The 4 Tendencies of Dealing with Expectations You can listen to the original Rich Roll podcast here: http://www.richroll.com/podcast/gretchen-rubin/ In this podcast we break down Gretchen Rubin's 4 Tendencies framework, which is a way to understand how we deal with inner and outer expectations. There is a great self-quiz that you can take to see which of the 4 categories that you tend toward. The magic here is in the great questions that Gretchen's quiz has you reflect on, both learning about yourself and the people closest to you. Quiz: https://www.surveygizmo.com/s3/3706759/Gretchen-Rubin-s-Quiz-The-Four-Tendencies Frameworks like this can use one's strategic mind to understand oneself a little bit better, while in this podcast we also touch on the paradox of "letting go" and its influence on happiness. We also take a look at entrepreneurship themes and tactics embodied by Rubin, as well consider our own ability to build habits and work with people who complement our Tendency.
