The Beacon of Hope - Part 2

In Part 1 of this 2 part series, we met a beautiful soul who taught us what it means to be an example of unconditional love. Reinventing Education

In our ever-changing world, one constant remains the same: educators will always rise to the occasion and support the youth of our world. Educators from all corners of the world are bringing their poise, grace, knowledge, passion, and persistence to  schools, where the next generation of leaders are preparing to embark on  their own respective journeys. One of those educators, who has had years of experience supporting, enlightening, and encouraging youth to be the best versions of themselves, is Camille Eterno. On this episode, we were honored that Camille announced that she is running for President of the United Federation of Teachers (UFT). The UFT is the labor union that represents approximately 200,000 members. including 75,000 teachers, 19,000 classroom paraprofessionals, along with  school secretaries, attendance teachers, school counselors,  psychologists, social workers, adult education teachers, administrative  law judges, nurses, laboratory technicians, speech therapists, family  child care providers and 64,000 retired members, all whom have the weight of inspiring 1.1 million NYC youth. During this episode we discuss the current state of education, what has happened, and where we are heading next... with phenomenal leaders such as Camille Eterno,  the future of education is certainly bright.
