Its an update! Josh and I wanted to take a few minutes and get back in the swing of things by letting folks know whats been going on for the last year while we have been on a podcasting break! Welcome Back! It has been a while since we've had an addition so we thought we would keep it rolling with a talk with a good buddy of ours Dustin Noll. The format of this episode is meant to be a little different than a story or an interview, we wanted to have a real conversation about some of the things we go through on a daily basis dealing with leadership, both military and civilian.  Dustins post military career has been in working with veterans, the VA and Educational institutions to assist vets as they pursue their post military degrees.
