The Transfer of Energy

In this episode I come with a nice reminder of self-reflecting questions you can ask yourself and also to take care of yourself mentally. I answer my first question that was asked to me from my Instagram live. The question was "Do you think every interaction in life is a transfer of energy?" I bring up many examples of energy transfer that happens in our daily lives that we may not even be aware of if we don't think about it. I also note the our emotions are a type of energy that is something that can be controlled but the harmful effects of it as well when we can't control them. I share the art of letting things go and to not hold on to emotions but to let them pass through you. I recall a memory of the first time I meditated as a child. I bring up that life is something to be enjoyed and not over analyzed. Then I explain that our reality and what we see is based on the power of our beliefs. Finally I wrap up with my definition of the transfer of energy.

Nothing Really Matters

I start off with a recap of last episode and dive into my first topic on my list. The topic of Sharing and Oversharing, and the meaning of the too. I briefly mention that I go on Instagram Live while recording my episodes. With the topic I bring up how I trust and who trust with certain information. The way word of mouth works and I use the information that is given to me sometimes unknowingly. I bring up the fact that nothing ultimately matters and the way you absorb information is how you react. Next I speak on my podcast is a way of planting seeds into your mind where you choose to either let it grow or not. The importance of our responsibility to control our reactions and how to shape your reality by your mindset. I bring up the phrase "It is what it is" and how we can't control really anything in our lives except what's in ourselves. Next I speak of the power of choice and what it can do to shape your reality. How to let go of emotions and not hold on so that it grows to something worse. I go on a small work rant and an example of energy transitioning through your day. I wrap up with an experience I had while on mushrooms and I new show that I was shown. Also with my perception of lying and who deserve the truth.

Cut Off All My Hair

So we continue of our list of topics written in my notebook. First I begin with me stating I cut off my hair and give a little background of how I had my hair before. I also dive in on my inspiration for my hair growth style and also the reasons I cut it off. Next I speak on my music journey what I've noticed since starting to write also when I started to Write. I also speak on what I've noticed with the different peoples reactions to me working on my music a little bit more than usual. Going forward I tell the story of when I starting working in music with my cousins and how we started out own little group in high school. After telling my stories I go on a more serious note and speak on the realities of life a little bit. I do take a quick break to remind you to drink water and to make sure you eat as well. Coming back with new energy I get to teaching how to set boundaries and the healthy affect of doing so. A friend of mine asked the question "How to disassociate with certain people in your life?" I give my opinion and advice on the matter and go into a little bit of self-love talk. Also how to know yourself so that you can let others know how to respect you. Finally I wrap up with a rant on how certain people absorb information differently and some don't know how to absorb information at all.

A day in the life

I go over some of my experiences that's happened in the last week since I last recorded the last episode. I bring up how my personal routines have helped me find myself and become a better me. Also add in how I've been dreaming lately. I speak on the reason of my journal and explain what I write inside. I give my take of arguments and miscommunication as well. I speak how I clearly express how certain things makes me feel. I give also a basic rant on miscommunication and the cause of it. I also give a brief explanation of common sense and my idea of it. The reason I don't like disrespect and how it makes me feel. Also the definition of gaslighting and the reality of it. What I have learned about labels and what I learned from my cousin from a discussion we had. I also mention my handle on life and how I used to want to control things a lot. At the end I go on a small appreciation rant and just speak on what I am thankful for.

Self-Evaluation

At first I start with talking about my experience with the Podcast. Things I learned, things I thought I knew, and things I found out the hard way. I later talk of my first Rave experience that I had on the week of birthday. Once the story is over I speak of my progress of my music creation and my first time recording in a studio compared to making music and recording at home. I quickly add in during the story that I do live stream on Instagram when I record the episodes. At around 30 mins into the episode you can hear me smack a fly that was bugging me during the recording. After that interruption I talk about my journal I keep where I write my thoughts, lyrics, and even sometimes poems.
