In this episode we give a brief introduction to what depression and anxiety is. We speak about different kinds of anxieties. The symptoms that you can experience with both. We open up about our past experiences and tips on how we managed to heal through our anxieties and depression. Wanted to clarify that we are not doctors nor are we saying that doing these things will automatically help you in your journey because we know that we are all different but we hope you can get ideas and find what helps you. Our main purpose was to shine some light on these topics. We love you and hope you know you are never alone. We appreciate you guys so much.
