Today we are talking about how drinking water can help reduce anxiety.  Just as a reminder I am sharing all kinds of small and simple tips that can help reduce anxiety.  There is not a magic pill that can eliminate anxiety from our lives.  Typically it is a series of changes that we can incorporate into our lives that will have a major impact on anxiety.   Today we are talking about the impact drinking water can have on anxiety. Health researcher, Dr. Tracy Davenport said “Even mild dehydration affects the brain’s ability to think clearly and regulate mood.  It’s like running a car with low oil- it will go, but not very well.”

We have been talking about small and simple things that can help reduce anxiety.  If you can implement as many of these small and simple tips as possible, I promise you will feel better.   I love the scripture from Alma 37:6 "By small and simple things are great things brought to pass. " Today’s episode is all about two simple things that can help with your overall well being: sunshine and smiling.
