Are Your Boundaries Too Much?

Boundaries are extremely important to implement and hold in your relationships, but in my years as a stepmom coaching I’ve come to find that many people misunderstand what boundaries are.  Boundaries are not about controlling another person - they are about communicating your needs and preferences in regards to how people treat you.
