Mr. Nieson stopped by the Colbert show this week to shoot what could be the funniest video ive seen all year as he auditions to be a mall santa. 2 weeks ago I started a thread on Reddit asking everyone what they wanted for X-Mas…I didn’t think it would go anywhere, but I had hoped we would get some material for today’s show….it ended up getting over 500 comments in response, that’s more than all the clicks The Main Event has gotten on Soundcloud. The answers started off cute but quickly went from weird to pathetic and then ultimately like most things on anonymous chat sites…it got real dark, especially when I tried to post a link to our soundcloud account. Painesville, Ohio, Judge Michael Cicconetti has an unorthodox way of punishing criminals in his town and his creative punishments have gone Viral. This judge surely believes in making the punishment fit the crime. I haven’t had a need to write a letter to Santa in a long time, in fact its been 22 years since ive written a letter to the Jolly One. I have a certain situation going on in my life that merits a letter be written, Ive sent it up to the north pole but im going to share what I wrote with all of you on tonights show. Its hard to imagine two dudes that punch each other in the face for a living meaning these words in any other way but with a vengeance……that doesn’t mean we cant make fun of them.
