Josh has hit over 80 home runs in his professional career and details what it was like to grow up with his dad, a long time Major League Baseball scout in the Pittsburgh Pirates Organization.  Lester is a former Mizzou tiger that can play almost every position on the field. This show explores the path that he has taken to get to where he is today and dives deep into the mentality that allowed him to get there.
