We have been conditioned to focus heavily on our physical appearance causing detriment to self confidence due to constant comparison. We all have a body and not one body is more perfect than the other. We need to change the script from working out to change how you look, to moving just to do it for your overall well-being. Body movement for enjoyment allows for self love and health. Go out & move! xo
