In this episode I chat all things Jiu jitsu with the elbow genie himself, Jonathan Roberts... Jonathan is a brown belt at spartan fitness in Birmingham, Alabama and I’ve had the pleasure of being smoothly dismantled by him a good few times. He recently put his name on the map by performing incredibly in the first season of the Professional Grappling Federation. We talk a lot about that experience and about what the future holds for him in the world of bjj. Enjoyed this one a bunch!

In this episode I get to have my childhood best friend on the podcast. I love talking to Scott so any time I get to is a treat. We really don’t talk about any subject matter specifically. Episode 14- Benjamin James Clark “BJ”

In this episode I am joined by one of the family consensus “favorites” as far as people we met on our travels. BJ lives in Augusta, Georgia, is married with 4 kids, and is a black belt in BJJ under Joshua Miller. He has also been in LE for 15 years. In this episode we talk about martial arts(obviously) and we talk a lot about policing among other things, hope you enjoy!

Episode 13- Robert Cassidy(my uncle!)

In this episode I get to have a good conversation with my uncle Robert. My uncle is one of seven siblings and was around in my life a lot when I was young so it was great to catch up with him. He is a Catholic theologian so naturally I had to ask about the pope being the anti-Christ but we also talk about a bunch of other stuff too. Enjoyed this a lot! Hope you do too!

Brandon is yet another great person I came across on my travels while in and out of gyms. He trains under Michael Sergi in Savannah, Georgia. I met Brandon due to some super secret underground Jiu jitsu during the lockdown so we definitely are like minded on certain issues. Enjoy!
