@anniesqceats [https://www.instagram.com/anniesqceats/] joined us this morning to talk about her journey of creating annieqceats!  You have an idea, but you don't know how it will be received. Will people care? Am I wasting my time? Executing your idea can be nerve-racking at first but in the end, it's worth doing it. Doing the things that are uncomfortable is what helps you grow.  If you just start doing whatever it is, people will see your passion for it and naturally want to support you!  Let us know your ideas! We'd love to encourage you to chase your dreams!

#011 - How to walk by faith during your toughest trials w/ Chelsea Thomas

@_chelsthomas [https://www.instagram.com/_chelsthomas/] is no stranger to adversity. After hearing her main income source was being stripped from her and her husband, they decided to turn their “plan B” gym investment into their “plan A”. A few months after diving headfirst into this business, COVID swept across the country, forcing gyms to close their doors indefinitely. Throughout this time, Chelsea and @levi_thomas_ [https://www.instagram.com/levi_thomas_/] relied as much as they could on their faith in God to help them weather the storm. Chelsea believes God put them under such pressure to test them and make them stronger. They continued to walk by faith throughout these trials, and because of that God blessed them with a community of people that helped them survive and eventually thrive as the restrictions began to ease. Now, the mother of 2 is using her position as a leader, business owner, and fitness coach to help as many people as she can. Listen to Chelsea talk with @ben10hermann [https://www.instagram.com/ben10hermann/] and @braden_mosley [https://www.instagram.com/braden_mosley/] about trusting God’s plan and focusing on doing the next right thing Use the code THOMASFAM50 to get 50% off your first order!

#007 - Happiness: The difference between pleasure and fulfillment.

As @braden_mosley [https://www.instagram.com/braden_mosley/] and @ben10hermann [https://www.instagram.com/ben10hermann/] started talking about fitness, they quickly went into the deep underlying factors of happiness.  There are two ways to define happiness: pleasure and fulfillment. Pleasure is often referring to immediate gratification and dopamine hits in your brain, while fulfillment is the long-term feeling that you are doing what is right and being your best self.  Rarely does the path to fulfillment start with pleasure.  Discipline plays a massive role in fulfillment, no matter what your goals are. If you want to lose 10 pounds (the right way) it most likely isn’t going to be pleasurable in the beginning, but once you are seeing progress, you will begin to feel the stronger version of happiness we call fulfillment.
