We are re-branding!! We will still be here and Dominique will be featured in many more episodes to come but we have decided to move roles around a bit to where I Nelma will be the official show host and Dom will be working behind the scenes! We want our audience to always be intrigued and entertained with our shows and this was by far one of my favorite episode form DJ's voice vibrating through the mic and us just laughing and being goofy. This Episode is DEFINITELY not for children. Dom and I decided to Dive super deep this week into our life as new couple, from petty arguments that become explosive. We discuss " What it takes you to leave a relationship and why" and How having open conversations about sex and your sexuality can actually help you prosper a better relationship with your partner if you're simply more open.

So when Naturally Outspoken come into conception my goal for the podcast in itself to serve as a beacon for those who do wish to engage in higher dimensional conversations, and Hunny to me felt like a breath of fresh spiritual air, because she saw the light and she moved towards it with confidence and love and I truly believe I have met a fellow sister of my womb circle and soul tribe, we can literally keep talking for days! I am naturally attracted and engaged with her spiritual fortitude, the way she carries herself is truly Queen but more, so I admire with her ability to materialize her visual manifestations into reality. Today I want to speak to Hunny about ‘Spiritual Warfare’ something she importunely has had a close encounter with and I want to understand from her perspective some of her mental, physical and spiritual coping mechanisms to fight not only her personal demons, but also the negative energies thrown at her by others. · In your own words what is “Spiritual Warfare” · Can you share a time you encountered it, and do you know if it was coming from you or someone else? · What were the attacks that you experience? Did they feel, ‘abnormal’ in a way? · What steps did you take to rid yourself of this ‘energy’? · Do you believe that protecting your energy should be a daily spiritual practice? · Do you believe that our current social climates is reflective with the spiritual warfare of our global community? · With that being said, what in your opinion what is the best solution to our current social environment currently filled with Viruses, Riots, War and damn near everything under the damn sun?

In today’s episode, I am joined by my beautiful neighbor and friend Oge, born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria she moved to Texas in 2004 and Houston in 2007 where she resides to the day and I am excited to open up the floor for us to talk about her journey as a spiritual African woman of the Diaspora and the steps she takes every day to be her most authentic and beautiful self. · What is spirituality to you in your own words? · When tapping into your spirituality as an individual, do you ever encounter resistance due to perceived judgment from others: · How has your family played a part in the proximity or alienation of your original practiced religion? · How do you believe your sexuality plays a role in your spirituality, do you believe they are connected? · As you come into alignment with your divine feminine energy and power: o  What tools do use and what energies do you draw from o How do you keep your shadow self in check? Post Interview Notes: Oge’s Words · Spirituality is when one is more concerned about their human spirit verses. Material/ external things and being · Resistance is usually met when I take on my: Yoga practices, smudging, digging deeper and having more questions and being super curious about the spirit · Being raised born Baptist-Anglican-  then raised catholic and grew up Baptist up until her early 20’s she encountered her the need to look deeper in the midst of all the confusion. “Goddess beauty is the extension but, in my core, sex is a passionate act most especially with a God-like man and through this act, you create such a beautiful experience” Oge spoke about tapping into her Inner Suadela a Greek Goddess of Seduction and how that energy allows her to navigate through everything. “Catering to a god-like man makes me feels the most feminine. This is rare these days because so many masculine energies have emerged within women that we’ve forgotten that nourishing part of themselves so taping into that allows for more softness, but that energy is not for everyone” – Oge Dympna
