If you are starting to put your timeline together, I encourage you to check out this episode.  Over the last few years, I've worked over 100 weddings and these are the six steps that will get your timeline dialed in and focused.  I also take a few minutes and share what I think is the most important factor affecting your timeline.   The day is all about you!  If you have an efficient timeline, you don't have to worry about your guests being bored, hungry, cold, etc.  That means you can relax and enjoy it more.
