Descripción

On the first of many, I sit down and suck back pints with five Osh goers - Jon, Shan, Ryan, Yara and Phil - and chop it up about life in the quarantine and all the stuff we're doing to stay sane. Enjoy the show!

Vincent Champagne (AKA The Giant Beer Man)

We've been talking about it all year. Now, finally, Vincent (@ChampagnePalace) comes through my Air BNB on the Monday after Osheaga to shoot the shit for an hour about carrying beer, kinks and fetishes, convents, and a whoooooole ton more. I'll tell you what, there is WAY more to this dude than I would have imagined - he's making the most out of his life, and listening to some of the stories he has about his experiences was a pleasure, even if I had a bit of a hangover.  This is The Osh Pod Season One finale - you guys have been outstanding, and I can't wait to light this thing up again next year. A big thanks to Evenko and Osheaga for taking a chance on me, the artists that came on, and most importantly all of you; without festival goers coming on the show and listening to the episodes, this never would have become the fun project it turned into - I owe you all a wealth of thanks for that. See you next year!

episode Radiant Baby artwork

Radiant Baby

MY FRIENDS!  On the first of THREE Osheaga weekend episodes, I'm joined by Felix Mongeon, the front man and creative brains behind Radiant Baby - a Montreal based Synth Pop-Funk act that was a LOT of fun on Saturday afternoon. I'll be honest here, I hadn't heard of RB before the lineup for the festival was released, and really dove into their stuff. Once my dad heard Out Crowd and told me he liked it, I knew I had to book the interview - how many times does a 60 year old man enjoy the same tunes as his son?! Felix was a lot of fun, and we talk about the creative direction of the project, the importance of jumpsuit artwork, the dynamic between him and his better half, and a ton more. A big thanks to Felix and Osheaga for making this possible, hope you guys enjoy the interview!
