In 2014, sister duo Ying & Julianna Tan needed something to do for the summer, so they took their passion for making health-focussed raw cacao chocolate bars and booked a booth at the Saskatoon Farmers Market. Their focus on a delicious product that also boasted organically, ethically, & sustainably sourced ingredients was an instant success.  I mean where else can you find tasty treats that are vegan-friendly, dairy free, nut free, gluten free and soy free?  What started out as something to do one summer, turned into a successful, permanent fixture in Saskatoon's treat scene.  This is the store of Those Girls at the Market. Hooplife... Andrew Gottselig

Andrew grew up never feeling quite understood.  On the outside, he seemed confident, rebellious even.  But on the inside he was frustrated and felt he couldn't express his true emotion.  This created a lot of resentment, that eventually turned to passion.  He took this, and combined it with his other passion, basketball and created Hooplife... a basketball training academy whose ulterior motive is to create a safe space for kids to express themselves and learn confidence.  This is the story of Hooplife.
