Episode 2 - Saying No

In this second episode, we discuss the art of saying no as a self-care practice. The world tells us that the word "no" is a negative thing. Episode 2 challenges that thought, and instead pushes you to view it as a way to listen to your intuition and make life less complicated. We might play a track in our heads that by saying no to someone we are a bad person, teacher, student, friend, etc. but this is a track of lies. God calls us to take care of ourselves, and wants for His children to be truly free and at peace. How do you approach saying no?

In this debut episode of the "Peaceful Professional" I discuss the meaning of the name, and the reasons behind my interest in educator wellness and life-balance.
