I'm back to meal prepping these days, and today I'll break down exactly what I'm eating, how I'm preparing it, and the motivation behind it. Just 2-3 months ago I was doing zero meal prep eating mostly subway to hit my goals, it's kinda funny how fast things change over time. I also go a little deeper into the "proper" way to weigh yourself if you're gonna use the scale to track your progress. Finally I get to share with you all my favorite discovery of 2023 so far, new music that's just so refreshing that I've been playing on loop 24/7 at home for a couple of days now.
