Listening to what your Body is telling you - Pillar 3 of Self-Regulation

Recap of the first 2 pillars. Tapping into the pain - allowing the body to 'speak.' What are our Bodies trying to tell us? Pillar 3 of Self-Regulation is Meta-Somatic Awareness + Skill Set. Somatic awareness is being aware of the sensation in your Body. This involves paying attention to your physical sensation and body experiences, along with the feelings associated with them. If you have a Trauma history - your body is the last place you want to be. Chronic pain - How do you feel about that physical pain? What is my Body doing, when these Emotions happen? Self-Regulation Assessment; Meta-Somatice Awareness + Skill Set - when it comes to your next level, how capable are you of paying attentionto your physical sensation & body experience, along with the feelings associated with them? For your Next Level - is your Body giving you symptoms? What is happening in your Body? Is it telling you to slow down? Do you have to crash and burn? Or can you notice a slight tweak? What is that Skill set like? Learning about Psycho Neuro Immunology the study of the Mind, Body Connection. Our Bodies are showing up in a way we need to Heal our Mind & Spirit. Can you pause and listen to your Body? What is it communicating to you?  If we don't listen, the Body will continue 'getting worse' until we are FORCED to listen. Can you feel, hear, listen to the lessons it is trying to teach you? Do you have to crash & burn? Or can you listen to the Whispers? Can you listen to the subtleness? This is part of the Skill Set. In order to truly Transform, Learn, Grow, Expand, Evolve into the Next Version of you and there is always a Greater, "Next" Version of you; there MUST be Foundational Support where you feel safe & validated. You MUST be in the Right Community, Connection, Conversation, with the Right Mentor in a Safe Environment. All of this in order to grow & go to the Next Steps! Co-Regulation is Connection, but must be safe and secure connection, where you can FULLY EXPRESSION ALL parts of you! Not just 'a part of you.' There are steps for Co-Regulation, to Self-Regulation, back to Co-Regulation; as you learn tools and self-discovery. Must feel safe to have rocket fuel to move forward; otherwise you will go back to your default setting. Healing & transformational to be Seen, Heard, Validated from others - when feeling all the Feels - entire Body, Heart, Nervous System. How safe do you feel to be Transformed?
