Ritchie discusses important aspects of life's journey and how we can go about gaining happiness, a sense of accomplishments, how to deal with adversities, and more importantly manifesting self-evolution. The meaning of life is finding meaning in your journey and Ritchie analyzes vital components which can serve as great tips if you're experiencing difficulties with obstacles, challenges, and set backs. He talks about how you can suppress or eliminate negative self-talk and overcome doubts which can derail you from your journey or goal.  Ritchie also recognizes that we all individuals so experiencing life, embarking on our journeys, being successful, making plans, and achieving goals our approaches will be different so he highlights that some of us will have to use unconventional ways to keep momentum. White Dragon Sifu Chris Miranda and Rock On Ritchie goes into an elaborate discussion about the ego and how it misdirects those who are easily influenced by external forces such as Social Media, Commercials, and even family or friends. Sifu Chris actually dispels the idea of making a need into a want by discussing how the ego is a master manipulator if we don't keep our sense of self-awareness sharp. We analyze how society dictates false desires, fraudulent needs which does end up leading into dissatisfying detrimental pursuits. Also, we talk about how the ego can push someone down confusing paths that lead to emptiness, void of emotions, confused thoughts and how unconventional ideas can cause deep seed issues.    Our discussion of compartmentalization gets very interesting as we discuss how meditation works in tandem with organizing thoughts, ideas, emotions, situations, and resolving personal issues. Sifu Chris reflects on his past in regards to how he had to suppress his ego when he initially opened his 1st White Dragon School at the age of 19 and how he realized that he didn't need a fancy school to promote quality instruction.  Sifu Chris dives into his reasoning behind evolving as an instructor and what his goals really are for his students, he speaks of it as a gift.  We discuss how Martial Arts and fitness work hand and hand and how simplicity and the efficiency of physical movement is all connected to the meditative process and how one can successfully achieve a resolution or tranquility. My Traumatic Past Leading Into Panic Attacks

Rock On Ritchie specifically reflects on his past by taking you on a journey through certain pivotal points of his childhood, adolescence, and young adulthood which were the key areas of where his panic attacks were triggered later on in his adult life. His personal experience reveals some physical, mental, and verbal abuse that he encountered from his Mothers Ex-Husband, getting jumped and bullied in grade school through junior high school by three boys, just because he was considered different and refused to follow the crowd. Ritchie fully expresses his time with a therapist, and how his therapist applauded his resolve and how he aided with analyzing traumatic memories in order to prevent panic attacks presently.   Listen to how Ritchie wonders why he's still here because of a near fatal car accident on a Texas Highway in the 1990's while he was in the Army. He talks about his 3 close teenage friends who all endured physical, sexual, mental, and verbal abuse and how they formed a comradery which helped them survive day by day. Ritchie recounts a horrible crash during a night vision convoy in the Army and how that changed him forever. He also recalls his time spent in Seoul, Korea and how visiting the DMZ made him realize how appreciative he was of residing in America. Ritchie is offering this relatable episode to help those who are experiencing panic attacks, to let them know that you're perfectly normal and there are ways to preventive ways to cope with panic attacks. Victim Mentality: Drama Kings & Queens
