I'm excited to bring you the second Project Reboot Community Conversation with the one and only Rachel Waxler I absolutely loved this conversation with Rachel. We discuss the impact that your inner monologue has on your screen time, specifically through the lens of internal family systems, which was a new concept to me. I'm excited to bring you the first Project Reboot Community Convo with our very own Alan Tucker. I absolutely loved this chat. Alan has an extremely vibrant mind and has though a lot about how we ought to use (and not use) technology. We discuss how a near-death experience transitioned Alan from introversion to extroversion, the benefits of overcoming the fear of failure, Alan's ideas for using VR to help solve the climate crisis, how the internet gives us access to condensed time, and why being a generalist has massive advantages.
