Join us in this episode of the Reading Glass as we dive into the Wicked Games Series by Kaylie Smith which includes only Phantasma and Enchanter for this episode, as the 3rd book in the series comes out later this year in December!  Bekka gets thrown in book brig, because Dylan has a lot to say about these books to her. Our next deep dive goes to the Death Cast Series by Adam Silvera. This is our first uncompleted series we are doing, and we kind of question to read again for how hard the 3rd books hits you with all the emotions..  This was the longest and hardest episode to film and edit yet!  Trust us, we get deep & emotions are all over the place in this one.  Please remember if you watch/listen to this episode, it does have a list of trigger warning that we do talk about thoroughly before we dive into sipping about the series!  We also bring it up again before talking about the last book as it is the heaviest of them all.  You’re gonna need a tall glass or even bottle… of wine this time with us.

EP8 Sip it Back2: Catching the Mockingjay

We are back in the arena for this episode! We are sipping it back to the next 2 books in the Hunger Games Series with Catching Fire and Mockingjay!  We definitely did not remember a lot that happens in these books to where it felt like we were reading a new book, but reading it as an adult compared to being a teenager is definitely refreshing of a twist for us.  Of course, we are adding Dylans babies and he supposedly has a new daddy in this episode.  We get off topic a lot, and distracted as our wine had notes of soy sauce in it, but at least this one is under an hour!

EP7: The Golden Goldfinch

We are talking about the last two books in The Plated Prisoner series by Raven Kennedy in this episode! We are wrapping this series up and putting a giant bow on top of it! We sipping about book 5 & 6 Gold & Goldfinch. This is another long and crazy episode we go into! There is so much that happens in these last two books that it is super hard NOT to talk about for us.  Please note that this book series is not for anyone under 18 years of age. This is even listed in the very beginning of each book with a list of trigger warnings as well. This podcast episode also might be a little rated R in sections of this episode as well….

This episode we go ALL in, we are unfiltered, unapologetically. We are talking about book 3 & 4 Gleam & Glow in the Plated Prisoner Series by Raven Kennedy. We really dive in cover to cover in this episode, so if you haven't read it and want to read it, we highly suggest not to go into the spoilery section, as there is ALOT that happens that we clearly needed to talk about in our longest episode yet!
