It's not that simple

We have discussed what would happen if we stopped animal agriculture and the minimal impact that such alternatives would have on the environment. What we haven't discussed is how livestock would be removed and what would happen to them or the land. For this episode, we bring a very recent publication to the table that evaluates different animal removal and land use strategies applied to the dairy industry if the U.S decided to stop consuming dairy products. A world without livestock?

Does the modern cattle industry contaminate more than in the 70's?
