This film is a thrasher prequel to the horror film X, which came out earlier this year. The film featured in this episode is "The Bling Ring," which came out in 2013. The film, based on a true story, encapsulates the feeling of being a teen in the 2010s and the thirst for daring adventure. The movie follows a normal teenage friend group, starring Emma Watson and "American Horror Story" actress Taissa Farmiga, in their rampage of clubbing and cleverly robbing and flipping celebrities' homes. The film contains many popular 2010's nostalgia to it including the soundtrack starring M.I.A. and Azealia Banks, and its frequent cameos from popular celebrities like Paris Hilton.
