8. Life After Loss | Heather Lipscomb

On today's episode. You're going to meet one of the most inspirational women that I've ever come across in my life.  She's someone that from the outside, looking in, you would never imagine the amount of grief and loss she's experienced. From sexual abuse and teen pregnancy, to losing 2 babies, attempting suicide, having cancer not once...but twice and over the past 3 1/2 years she has grieved the deaths of 47 people in her life. If anyone has earned the badge to say, life's not fair. It's her. She has lived through more than most of us could even image, yet still has positive attitude and a smile on her face. She has found so much strength in sharing her story. I know that is what part of her purpose on this planet is, is to tell her story. And in this episode, you'll hear different stories. Of different losses that she's experienced. And how all of those experiences led her to the conclusion. That her purpose in life is to help other people learn to live again after loss. She is the epitome of a warrior. She is the definition of survivor. She is a grief and transition specialist. She is a certified death doula. An incredible human being.
