The purpose of life was clear but how to achieve it was not. The experiences in the fellowship also taught me that you can not help people unless they are ready to receive the help. Then how is it that I could help others and what is it that I could do? In this episode I share my next steps and how I was moving towards IKIGAI. Episode 4: Change begins at home (self change to system change)

In the last episode I shared how I was on the mission to find my purpose in life. One day during a meditation it clicked to me that my purpose was to help others. The next question was- HOW? I was struggling to find the mode of helping others for a few days. I thought about getting a psychology degree and other such options. Today’s episode will be the continuation of what happened next followed by my key learning, a quote from mahatma gandhi and 3 reflection questions for you to ponder on.
