Transcript: Welcome to the Sighing Tides podcast. Today, I have two words for you to consider—two words from my pink notecards. The first is strength. Perhaps right now, this is not a word that you believe resonates with you. But I will ask you to define strength as the power to rest, to trust. The power to reflect and to maintain your inner peace. No one is without it. The second word I have for you to consider is confidence. Confidence that grants you room to exhale and to breathe a little deeper. The confidence that does not allow the opinions of others to overshadow it. The kind that humbly concedes when times and tides change—eager for the journey ahead, and if there’s fear the confidence that acknowledges it and entrusts it to the Universe. Transcript: A few pink notes for thought. Here are two words to think about for today. Also, think about how you would personally define them— what do they mean to you? Love: it is more than a feeling, it is a spiritual practice of gratitude for self and for life. It is a constant. Love feels like the sunrise in its wake, like the calm of a sunset, like the grandeur of the clouds, like the sky stretched out to eternity. Even the rain is love—for growth. Acceptance: commitment to inner peace and inner strength; strength is not how you feel, it is who you are— yes, waking up daily is strength. You draw energy from inward searching, growth, validation and acceptance. Energy is built over time. Focus- focus is centering yourself on what you value and your core essence.
